Review of the E-book: Eczema Free Forever
Having suffered from eczema for the last 45 years, I want to highlight my review of ‘Eczema Free Forever,’ a wonderful eBook that addresses many of the issues associated with this condition.
Eczema inflicts some 15 million sufferers in the US alone, and this includes close to 20% of all infants suffering from this common skin disease. The author describes how his own 9-year old son was suffering a severe case, which prompted his research and resulting cure.
The first chapter contains the most thorough explanation of this illness I’ve ever come across. How can Eczema be described?Without major medical terminology and a number of photos and illustrations!
Chapter Two focuses on the exact topic, and tells you the types of eczema that are found a lot and not so much – and an assortment of pictures. For each type of eczema, the causes and systems are clearly explained. The area about allergens was of particular interest to me since I am quite allergic to pollens and such. I was surprised to learn that so many allergens are known to trigger eczema, even my pet dog’s hair!
Third Chapter. The connection between eczema and what we eat gave me something to think about. This book helps explain that by one just changing their overall diet thus improving their immune system will help you beat eczema. It also has tips on quickly detoxifying yourself and setting your immune system straight.
The beauty of the detox program found in chapter 4 is that all ingredients can be found in every supermarket for a 3 day routine which is then followed by a special diet. The ingredients are balanced by their Biocidic (0%)(Biostatic) (25%)And also Bioactive. (one half) as well as biogenic (25%) qualities. A complete shopping list is provided, so there is no need to understand what ‘biogenic’ even means at first. In addition, there are sample daily meal plans furnished. My favorite is the raw corn soup with fresh avocado.
Within the fifth chapter, a number of eczema cure tips and methods for people in pain with this affliction like we are. I found out that installing a humidifier in our dry climate helped tremendously with the itching that seems to be seasonal during the dryer winters here. You will be able to find topics for cures for kids that don’t focus on their eating habits. This is wonderful, since you realize how fussy they are when it pertains to eating new foods. I gave the homemade oatmeal soak a try too, following instructions for transforming basic oatmeal into a tranquil bath experience.
Section six. There are many natural supplements such as evening primrose, fish oils, and probiotics that can be implemented to beat eczema and possibly even cure it. I liked the way the author clearly explains things here, being sure to include precise directions for use, as to avoid any problems or confusion. For instance, I was completely clueless about probiotics, so the product advice made it that much simpler.
With the writer’s final and uplifting words. (focused in Chapter Seven) there are further details about treatment regimens, including a summary of information presented up to this point. Based on individual results, it also mentions that you can be itch-free in as little as ten days.
I must say that since including probiotic supplements for the past few months my diet has improved, why just in the past 7 days i have experienced relief and all without additional trips to the skin doctor or having to purchase over-priced prescriptions. I do believe this a miracle cure after all.
